Terms & Conditions for "Invite & Win Dining Voucher" Promotion for SG Restaurant Week Spring 2025

Promotion Duration
The "Invite & Win Dining Voucher" promotion ("Promotion") is effective from 21 March 2025 until 27 April 2025.

Eligibility Requirements
- To participate in this Promotion, you must be a DiningCity member and provide the following Required Information in your DiningCity account:
i) A valid email address;
ii) Your English name, as it appears on an official identification document (e.g., NRIC, credit card, student ID, etc.).
- DiningCity employees are also eligible to participate under the same terms and conditions as other entrants; the likelihood of winning is the same for all participants.
- If a winner fails to provide the Required Information in their DiningCity account, DiningCity reserves the right to revoke the prize.
- Only completed bookings, where the member has made the reservation, attended, and finalized payment, will count towards points in the Promotion.
- Cancellations or no-shows will lead to the removal of those points.
- Live scores can be viewed on the ranking chart on the SG Restaurant Week website or the DiningCity App. The member’s nickname and profile picture will be displayed.

Points Collection Mechanism
- This Promotion is based on a points accumulation system. Members can earn points by referring friends to make bookings.
- 50 points will be credited to the referrer’s account for each completed booking made by an invited friend who enters the referrer’s invitation code during their reservation.

Prizes
- The top 20 scorers will receive a SGD100 Dinner Cash Voucher.
- Winner Announcement Date: 28 April 2025
- Voucher Redemption Period: 2-18 May 2025
- The voucher will be deducted from the final bill at participating restaurants.
- Rankings finalize at 23:59 on 27 April 2025.
- In case of a tie in points, the member who registered earlier on the DiningCity platform will be ranked higher.

Dinner Cash Vouchers are:
- Non-exchangeable, non-transferable
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts
- Availability and other restrictions may apply. Please confirm details with the participating restaurant when making your reservation.
- The Dinner Cash Voucher is valid for dine-in only and does not apply to takeaway, beverages, service charges, or other exclusions. Please confirm with the respective participating restaurants.

Redemption Process
- Winners will be notified via email to their registered DiningCity account on 29 April 2025.
- The email will contain a unique voucher code that must be entered at checkout on restaurantweek.sg or the DiningCity App.
- Each Dinner Cash Voucher can be used only once.

General Provisions
- Images in promotional materials are for reference only.
- DiningCity is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by participating restaurants.
- DiningCity reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion and its terms at any time. For the latest details, refer to the DiningCity website/app.
- Any fraudulent or abusive activities will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
- In case of disputes, DiningCity’s decision shall be final.
- In case of a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Promotion materials or Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
